Data deletion

Open Clypt, go to Schedule, and press Disconnect next to the TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn or X account. Clypt deletes the access tokens for that account straight away and cancels any posts still waiting to publish to it. You can also remove Clypt from the platform itself: in TikTok under Settings and privacy, Security, Apps and services; in Instagram or Facebook under Settings, Apps and websites.

Open Clypt, go to Settings, and choose Delete my account. This permanently removes your profile, uploaded videos, transcripts, rendered clips, brand kits, scheduled posts and every connected social account. Media files are erased immediately; backups roll off within 30 days. Payment records that the law requires us to keep stay with Stripe.

If you cannot sign in, email legal@clypt.pro from the address on your account and we will delete everything within 30 days and confirm by email. Requests made through TikTok or Meta are handled the same way.
